Product Description

 Aluminum clad wood doors and windows are frames made by mechanically combining insulated bridge cut aluminum alloy profiles and solid wood while retaining the characteristics and functions of pure solid wood doors and windows. The two materials are connected by polymer nylon components, fully taking into account the different shrinkage coefficients of wood and metal.
The wood selected for the two materials is red oak grown in the eastern United States and natural larch from Russia. After strict screening, anti-corrosion, degreasing, flame retardant treatment, and the use of high-strength German adhesive glue, the strength, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and other aspects of the wood are guaranteed. It also has insulation, sealing, sound insulation, and durability properties.

4, Oak: a light loving tree species with strong adaptability, fire resistance, drought and barrenness tolerance, strong cold resistance, and the ability to withstand low temperatures of -50 ºC. The material is hard, with a high specific gravity (air dry density of 0.63-0.72g/cm3), beautiful texture, and has characteristics such as corrosion resistance and water resistance.
5, Nordic black poplar: a tree, 30 meters high; The tree crown is wide oval shaped. Cold resistant, light loving, white wood, light reddish brown heartwood, wider sapwood than heartwood, light and soft material, with a specific gravity of 0.4-0.6.

Installation steps:
-Clean the wall cave, try to make it clean and smooth.
-Put the window on the wall and keep it at same leval.
-Fixed the windows to the wall by expansion screws.
-Adjust all the parts to open or close smooth.
